Create Payment URL

post https://api-pharmacy.sandbox.cannaflow.de/api/v1/prescriptions/{id}/payment

Creates an ephermal payment URL (15min) for a prescription that has not been paid or cancelled yet. The payment URL is ephermal and expires after 15 minutes. Payment URL can be re-requested the whole time as long as the prescription is not paid or cancelled.
