Request a file upload for a settlement or an invoice

Step 1 of submitting a settlement or an invoice. Reserves storage for one file and returns a signed upload form. The upload is the same for both kinds; a file gets its kind only when you submit it. Supported are PDF and CSV (UTF-8) files of at most 10 MiB.

Step 2: send a multipart/form-data POST to uploadUrl with every entry of fields as a form field, followed by the file in a field named file. The file must have exactly the declared contentType and sizeBytes. The form is valid until expiresAt, a few minutes after the request; request a new upload if it expires.

Step 3: reference the returned fileId in POST /pharmacies/{pharmacyId}/settlements or POST /pharmacies/{pharmacyId}/invoices within 24 hours of this request. Files that are not part of a settlement or an invoice after 24 hours are deleted.

The declared size counts against your storage allowance from this request on. When the allowance is exhausted, the request fails with 422 and nothing is reserved.
