Affiliation activated event. Sent when a pharmacy switches a telemedicine provider on (the onboarding trigger). Carries a fixed snapshot of the pharmacy onboarding data so the provider can complete onboarding without a separate API round-trip. Opt-in per provider and only sent when a webhook URL is configured.
